After a popular run since its inception in the mid-aughts, the Ridgeline was absent from Honda’s lineup to give the automaker time to properly groom its replacement. Now, the 2017 model is here, building on the success of its predecessor’s unibody, un-traditional design. After the first drive reports, we’re fairly impressed.

The Ridgeline aims at the heart of American truck buyers who aren’t necessarily looking for insane amounts of grunt, with plenty of potential for towing, hauling, and even having the odd tailgate party. Utilizing a platform derived from the Pilot, the Ridgeline has SUV-like driving characteristics while its versatile gate can be opened down, or sideways. There’s also in-bed storage for those of you who need a bit more carrying capacity.

Want to get more insight into what the Ridgeline can do? Remember, its not just a truck, but an experience. For that, we invite you to our Honda dealership in Port Huron, MI. We’ll answer your questions and schedule you for a test drive at your convenience.
