Actually it went a lot better than i expected. I didn't really expect that it would happen. But, of course, it did. The salesman, Mark Ellis was great. He also is setting up to get our Remote Starter installed next week. This makes the second Honda that we have purchased and we don't plan on buying any other car but a Honda in the forseeable future. Ted and Matt at Cawood's are the best. I have been dealing with Cawoods for many years, well at least 11-12 years and Ted has always been my "go to guy". He knows what I like in a car, escpecially the Honda Accord, color, special features, etc. Always available when I decide to upgrade to a newer car. Gives me his best deal and I drive away a very happy lady. Although Ted no longer sells cars and is the Sales Manager, he always helps out his friends and previous customers. I was told by Belle tire that I needed struts for a knocking sound in the rear of my car. I took it to Cawood for a second opinion and your service advisor, Dan Pelletier told me the struts were completely fine and that all I needed were a few worn out bushings.
