Dear Cawood Auto Family and Friends,

We hope this finds everyone well during this difficult time. 

Beginning Monday, April 20^th, at 9 am, we will be re-opening the dealership by appointment only for all departments. 

Starting Monday, please call to make appointments (810-987-3030). For at least the next two weeks, our hours will be Monday through Friday 9 am-5 pm. 

There will be a few changes to keep in mind, while we still want to accommodate our customers the best we can, some changes will be necessary to make it safer for everyone. 

If you are visiting for sales, we are required to keep everyone outside of the showroom, per Governor Whitmer's active order. 

If you must enter for service, we ask that you wear a mask and gloves, which we will provide for you if necessary.  

We really would prefer to have you drop your vehicle off for service or body shop repairs whenever possible. 

We still have an after-hours drop box behind the pre-owned building off of Hancock. 

If special accommodations are needed, our staff will make those with you when you make your appointment.  

All vehicles will be sanitized before and after work is performed for everyone's safety.

All Cawood employees will also be required to wear a mask and gloves at all times during the workday. 

We will be diligently cleaning all surfaces throughout the day. 

We will have sanitation stations set up at multiple places around the dealership.  

We hired a cleaning company to come in and sanitize the dealership several times already, and that will continue on an ongoing basis. 

Our team is very excited to re-open for business and appreciate you very much!  Everyone's safety is our number one priority.
